My practice is unable to provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a mental health crisis, or worried about someone who is, please use one of the resources below. They are staffed by professionals trained specifically for these situations.

If you are a current client, please know that messages to this practice are typically returned within one to two business days and are not monitored outside of business hours. In an urgent situation, the resources on this page will reach you faster.

If you are in immediate danger:

Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

This will connect you to the Massachusetts Behavioral Health Help Line (BHHL). This line is 24/7, free, and confidential. The BHHL connects callers to clinical support and to in-person services across the state, including Community Behavioral Health Centers. No insurance required. Real-time interpretation in 200+ languages. Deaf or hard of hearing callers can dial MassRelay at 711.

Find and contact a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC)

CBHCs are state-designated centers providing same-day mental health and substance use care, including mobile crisis response, across Massachusetts. The map allows searching by city, town, county, or zip code.
